A mechanical engineer, small-business owner, and Maryland state legislator, Kevin brings experience in operations, manufacturing, public institutions, constituent service, and executive leadership to the company’s mission.
Founder & President
Justin Gallucci founded BallotBox and leads product vision, civic intelligence strategy, strategic partnerships, and the connection between public civic trust and professional political technology. His background spans political campaigns, legislative work, real estate, sales, operations, responsible AI, and rapid civic-product development.
Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel
John Vernon leads operational execution and serves as General Counsel. His career connects business strategy, legal counsel, governance, organizational development, and executive advising, helping BallotBox translate ambitious product and growth plans into disciplined operations, agreements, and accountable corporate decisions. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
